I have come to KW for their ranch dressing for months. I go to the To Go side for a pint almost every Friday. They always charge me $5.24. I go into this Friday and the manager says the total is $2.84. He proceeds to tell me I was being overcharged. When I asked for my money back or even a credit he refused and wouldnt even give me the ranch that day free. I have over paid a lot. Horrible new management. Will not come here again!
Why did you close all of the K&W Cafeterias in Charlotte; especially one that has been open for 20+ years. You can’t say for an excuse that the company wasn’t making any or enough money because the place would be full every time I came nd passed by. On top of that your closest locations are almost 30- 50 minutes away. This is pretty much close to a home cooked meal.. especially for the vast majority of the senior citizens whom support you. This is doing your own controlled damage.. this is disappointing.
My entree ( chicken Francisco) wasn’t edible, the breading was so hard & tasteless,sauce barely warm. Green beans looked &tasted like they were out of can & warmed. Garlic bread & cake were good. White hair manager was over seeing the tea machines other manager with a sports team hat turned backwards & personal polo shirt with name tag on was carrying food to line & helping cooks .Overall nt impressed but nt surprised.
The food was real good; however, it was the service that was unbelievable. We are in town for two days. We ate here yesterday and came back today to make sure yesterday wasn’t a fluke. Where do you find your employees? They’re prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to see quality service still exist. You folks are doing it right!
