Very nice lady although we never got to purchase or rent a property from her she was very straightforward.
No integrity, no honesty and, no ethics. On April 2016, my wife and I tried to purchase a rental home that she owned in Arlington VA. Since day one, she started being very difficult with her pressure tactics, aggressive, and unprofessional conduct. First, Katya tried to control the whole transaction by offering her own inspectors to the house she is selling!! I'm not sure she ever heard of the term "conflict of interest"!!
