It's a community gym. Once you sign up you are signing up for a family that hold you accountable for reaching your goals. You don't get this close-knit type of feeling from chain gyms. Highly recommend this place. It changed my life.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE KVHC! It's generally quiet during the times I work out, and the variety of equipment is awesome! Everybody is super friendly, with a supportive,unpretentious atmosphere, and always so clean. Best local place to clear my head & keep fit!
Been a long time! Miss this place!! Would recommend it to anyone :)
