The food was okay but the waiter was very rude to us. It was a man with a brown eyes and curly hair. We were from another state, me and my friends, there were 4 people, and we picked this restaurant by chance. I was caught surprised by there were too many table ready but they kept the guest waiting in front of the door for too long. I took my two teenagers to K-town today and ate ourselves silly. We had never visited a Korean bbq and mentioned this. The waitress was very nice and explained how it all worked. Between the three of us, we plowed through 2 plates of beef and 3 sets of sides. The food was delicious, restaurant was very clean, we would absolutely go again.
Not great service today and not sure if I'll ever dine here again. Ordered 1st set of meats from the AYCE menu which included spicy pork, garlic beef, la kalbi and bulgogi. When they brought it over, 3 of 4 meats were correct but instead of spicy pork, received what I assume was pork bulgogi. When I questioned her, she tried to gaslight me into thinking it was spicy and instead of correcting the order, offered to bring "extra" spicy sauce. Got the all you can eat and there was a 45 minute break at the end of our meal where no one came to ask us for another round. When we finally caught someone, they said the kitchen was closed. This is one of the first times me and my groups have left and all you can eat feeling unsatisfied with the amount of food given. i’ve been to this establishment before and received better treatment the first time. It’s been a few months and it’s sad to see it’s changed so much.
