Fist, I want to say thank you to the warranty team at K-tools. Secondly I want to say that I had such a pleasant experience dealing with them, I had bought a folding underhood led light from them several years ago and recently I misplaced the charger. Unfortunately they did not sell it separately, but I got transferred back to the warranty department and the lady I talked to just happened to find the wall charger and car charger still in a box of returns.
