I have used Karen twice this second I am quite disappointed. She did a senior photo session in October 2023 and I still don’t have pictures the biggest issue her lack of communication. Text no response for months, I have sent letters no response . I have called no return. I have no idea what is going. The last I heard was may or June last year. She DOES NOt respond when I try to reach out to her. Memories down the drain!!!! I have been trying to touch base to place an order absolutely no response for months!!
Karen was amazing to work with and listened to what our 17 year old wanted for her senior pictures. Would definitely recommend her and will be back for future photos!
Fabulous work!!! Made the best of it despite my teen wanting no part of it. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
Karen took some headshot photos for me and she was great! She got back to me very soon after I reached out to get information. She was very professional and the photos turned out fabulous. I will be using her again for some updated shots soon.
