Friendly and professional. Got it fixed fast and at a good price.
I had a great experience with them. I needed to have a Bidet installed as quickly as possible. On 6/12 I had called around and the earliest anyone could come is 7 to 10 days out. Then I called them and after explaining my situation, the scheduler was able to get a tech out on the 13th between 1 and 3 pm. Jesse, the Tech was actually earlier and was able to install the Bidet. We have had Joe from K-Tech Plumbing out twice now. Both times Joe went beyond what we needed done, answered every question and was very kind and polite. We have an older home with unique plumbing challenges, so trusting our plumber is pretty important. K-Tech has been so good about getting us on the schedule as well. We’ve tried other plumbers in the past, but we plan to stick with K-Tech from here on out.
My technician did a great job. He was fast and friendly. It’s nice to work with a local shop.
