We just purchased a new house and needed to get some popcorn ceiling and tile tested for asbestos. We had a great experience working with Nick. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Service was great! We got test results back within 24 hours from samples being taken.

I bought a house from 1958 and pulled up all the carpet, I knew I had some asbestos tile but got it tested anyhow. Nick was extremely timely and gave me amazing service. He also tested some linoleum that I didn't even know could contain asbestos, but it did. He and his team came within a few weeks and removed the material from multiple rooms and stairs. I would highly highly recommend Nick and K-Tech and if I have any friends or family or need of further service this is going to the first guy I call!
Can't say enough about Nick and K-tech. I called on Monday to schedule an asbestos test done. Nick was able to get me in that day, was professional and educational. He was thorough with the process & made me feel at ease. Results were completed afternoon of next day. Definitely recommend them.
