I have used K T Sterling before with great service. I don't know what happened this time. I sent a request in for service of my AC over 2 weeks ago and then called the next day to make sure they received the request and put me on the schedule. It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back or received a call.
Great team of people. Very responsive and got the job completed in a timely manner. Also very honest about issues and they explain the problem and propose different solutions based on your budget. Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed.
This is the second time I've contracted with KT Sterling Mechanical Inc. Six years ago, the team replaced my upstairs HVAC. This year my downstairs HVAC was replaced. Awesome job both times, and they were very professional and friendly.
