After a few years away, I was so happy to find that K & T Nails has a whole new look in the front of the salon! The newly remodeled salon is absolutely beautiful and gave such a welcoming first impression. While I've always gone to Tami in the past, she wasn't available, so I had the pleasure of getting a pedicure with Natalie. She was fantastic! This is a beautiful place. To me it’s the best place in Rochester I been to all of them until i found this little jewel I will not go anywhere else
The place is not that bad, they have lot of space and many technicians. However, they don’t use clipper that is sanitized because the person doing my pedicure got the clipper from the trolley and put it back without disposing it or cleaning it. So probably the next customer will have their nails trimmed by a used clipper. Also, one of my toes had nail polish around it and they didn’t wipe it. Natalie did my nails today for the first time. She was fast yet still paid attention to the Details. They’re honestly perfect. No complaints and the salon is very pretty inside.
