I was a student at VCU, so I’ve been coming to KT Nails for a while. There was a guy that always had a hat on and I didn’t like the work that he was doing and his attitude so I stopped going there. I decided to give them another shot after a while and saw so many new faces! I had Jay do my nails and he did an AMAZING job. The shaping and designs were next level. The owner has always made the shop feel so welcoming. I am so glad I gave them another chance!

I got a gel mani and pedicure. I have never experienced a very low quality and service in my life. The guy that used to work here was one of the best nail guy and now he doesn't work in the shop anymore. Last week, I PAID 95 PLUS TIP AND MY GEL MANICURE IS ALREADY COMING OUT and its not even a week yet. I had to tell the lady many times to have the bottom of my feet clean and she responded "oh do you want that clean?" It just I never seen a lazy person do a really poor job. Very nicely remodeled inside! The people are extremely nice. Danny and his daughter did great taking care of us!

Lazy nail tech that doesn't remove old nails but paint over them. Didn't remove and put on new set but kept old nails on. They're really lazy and don't like to listen to the customer but talked over me. They also over charged for a fill in when they just painted the nails never again worst nail salon. No pure laziness.
