In these days of overcharging for bad service, this place was a genuinely pleasant surprise. The proprietor said it would take up to 30 minutes to repair the clasp on my necklace. I literally looked out the window and when I turned back he had already completed the repair (less than 2 minutes). His prices were awesome and he was quite a friendly gentleman to deal with. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Needless to say, if I have other watch / jewellery repairs, I know where I am taking them.
Khon has provided excellent service, from changing my watch batteries, to making a 3.81 cm cuff gold bracelet, repaired my gold rings, necklaces etc, even repaired my friends German Cookoo clock and lastly repaired my friends costume ring, which was sentimental to her.
if i could rate higher then 5 star i would. broke the scale.... went to pretty much every shop in ottawa and every single one besides here wouldnt do on site repair and wanted to charge me so much it was unbelievable. he finished what i needed in 20 minutes for so cheap!!! very happy! 100% recommend. will come back again if I need any work done again.
