Over the last several years the team at K&T Heating and Cooling have done a terrific job of keeping my system running as inexpensively as possible. Recently it became time to replace the system and they were extremely neat and efficient and constantly made sure I was satisfied with what the were doing and they gave me a great price.

In regards to Kara Mason's post. She was representing a customer we installed a furnace, which in turn our company had to file small claims against.

Doesn’t answer the phone, machine says he will return calls if you leave your name and number…That needs to be updated, to the truth. He does not. I suggest something more along the lines of “Hi, you’ve reached the miserable and rude old man at K&T Heating and Cooling,…no need to leave a message b/c we just ignore them, even if your furnace is under warranty and your tenants are without heat while temps are 27 degrees at night. Call till I answer then a credit card number is required before I even schedule an appointment.” A... read more
