The foreman is great. Accommodating and attentive. The lady answering the phone is dumb and rude. I asked a question, she responded she'd connect me to another line. When I wanted to clarify something, she cut me off and said "I'm transferring you! Hold on!". Does it occur to her that maybe I had a question related to something else?
They do good work.
