If you're considering leasing in this building, I strongly recommend reading the reviews first. The management team is HORRIBLE. I've dealt with many building management teams, but K Square set a new low I didn't think was possible. While the location, amenities, and maintenance team are great, dealing with the management team is simply not worth it. There are plenty of other buildings in Chicago where you won't have to deal with a manager who shows little regard for tenants' well-being.
