Changing my review now that I’ve moved out. I lived here for about 2 years and moved out a few months ago. The rent is way too expensive for what you’re getting. If you are thinking about living here or living on the top floor especially - don’t. The roof is so old that everytime it rained or snowed, the water would leak into my unit and into my flooring. I would have puddles of water every few weeks. I asked the team to check for mold multiple times and they never did, and also would not repair my floors. The AC also barely... read more
I am going on my third year living in K Square (in the same apartment too) and I don’t want to move! The location is perfect - right by the park, a quick walk to North Ave Beach, and close to bars and restaurants on Wells but far enough to still feel quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend living here.
This building is the perfect location, especially if you have a dog. Lincoln Park, the lakefront path and North Ave beach are all walking distance. I've loved living here the last 2.5 years.
We moved into the building in April and have loved the amenities that the building has to offer! The pool has amazing views and the common spaces are great. The location is also perfect!
