The service was amazing! The ladies were sweet and very efficient in their work, my mom and I left very satisfied. It is pricey, but definitely worth it with how they treat you. Would come again, 10/10.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I decided to come to K spa nails on September 18th. My experience was below average. I walked in and they took their time acknowledging my presence. I was never greeted and told to go to a chair. I did not feel welcomed as a first time guest. After I sat a lady came and asked me what I wanted, I had picked my color and asked for frenchie but later on decided to change to PLAIN white. I had the worst nail experience, that person who did my nails was a bad one. Her name is Jennifer, please try not to get her. She hurted my feet a lot. She bruised my feet. Normally Tracy is the one that does my nails. She is the best. Karen the manager promised to ask me to come in for manicure and pedicure, she never did that. It is always known that the customer is always right. In that situation, that store took the side of its employee and on top of that, that employee did a bad job.
