K Single Corp previouslt helped me patch a leak caused by a wind storm and age, and inspected the rest of the roof to give me a fair estimate on the remainder of time my roof had left. they did not push me at all as they gave it a couple more years. I opted to go ahead and replace the roof to best preserve the house, and they offered me a very reasonable rate and even took the care and extra steps to add plywood over the old fashioned build style lumber roof for my very old home to ensure coverage with the warranty. We purchased our home 14 years ago. Our roof started to leak. After investigating the cause, it was apparent there were significant issues that required a new roof.
