I went to K Scott to support a neighborhood store. I wanted my ring to be resized and one prong fixed and they said they would let me know the estimate in a week. I left it there, and Two weeks later nothing. We went there and the guy explained that he wasn't there for 2 weeks and will get an estimate on it. Another week went by with no estimate. He's a great guy and reasonable!!
Would be nice if they where open when they state they are. 3 vehicles including myself where waiting. Calling there number is a waste its not setup either.
The customer service here is truly unmatched. I broke my necklace and they had it fixed in a week I went to pick it up and was truly taken a back by the kind hearted gentleman who I believe to be the owner. I highly recommend this gem of a place for any jewelry repairs you may need
