condescending owner who thinks hes the smartest person in the room and should worry about training his guys more than lining his pockets. do yourself a favor and find a different company who doesnt hide a bunch of costs until your project is almost done
put in a new scale for us and it has had issues since day 1 not to mention they said it was the best in the industry and come to find out they lied to make the sale our sister site uses mettler and has zero issues... scale issue aside their service lacks experience and they have trouble working on any of our other scales. their labor was cheap i will say that which is why we picked them but thats turned out to be a problem
