Meredith is 100% my go to girl from now on. I showed up with an idea and she made it happen! She was professional and friendly, gave me feedback and her opinion on what was and wasn’t possible when going purple and she’s consistently checked in to make sure I was loving what I was given and that I’m happy with the results. Obviously such a color is going to fade, but I’ll be back to see Meredith again to go purple once more! Thanks to her, I felt gorgeous and spunky in my anniversary photos! — with Taylor Shapiro.

I actually had quite a bad color job done on my hair by one of the stylists, I was very upset about it as it damaged my hair to where I couldn’t get what I wanted - but the stylist and salon handled it very well, the salon set me up with a second stylist to repair the color with no additional charge the same day and the first stylist personally offered me partial repayment for the first job- while it was a very upsetting experience at first, everyone has their days and all the staff handled the situation well with good custo... read more
