Super attentive, Lisa helps you pick fabric books you are welcome to take home to look at, makes very good suggestions. First they did a bench seat for me at my home and recovered two chairs. Then they recovered 4 stools for me and made 4 custom pillows and the work was excellent, reasonably priced and on time. Highly recommend. Helpful with pickup. Very nice to boot!
Lisa is very professional and great to work with. Had about 8 outdoor cushions altered and the job was perfect! Great attention to detail and fast service. I would highly recommend them.
Great service, but very expensive!
Over the years I have used K & S to reupholster and repair furniture that that has been in my family for several generations. These are pieces my family loves. We have also ordered custom pillows and curtains. Lisa has been especially helpful in giving me advice about available options. I have always been satisfied 100%.
I was in a rush due to unexpected parents visiting. They passed me a keepsake a couple of years ago, I've told my folks it was all redone and looked great when it was still the same armchair. Called, Lisa answered and I made appointment, she was punctual and very professional, she helped greatly in choosing the fabric as I am clueless with decorating.
