There was a conspicuous four-inch wave in the roof. I explained that my primary motivation for replacing the roof was to correct the wave. They assured me that they, KSR, could repair most, if not all, of the wave by replacing the plywood and reshingling the roof. Upon completion, the wave showed little to no improvement. When I asked about the poor results, KSR told me that the wave was a structural problem and roofers don’t deal with structural issues. They offered to add supports to the roof at cost. Someone give Marsha a raise because she is FANTASTIC. She (and her knowledge/expertise) single-handedly helped us go from no insurance coverage on the first inspection to a FULLY COVERED roof replacement through insurance. She is the reason that we, not only were even able to get our roof replaced, but that we used KSR over another company.
