I had storm damage on my steel building, KSR came out to evaluate along with my insurance company. After hearing my insurance company wasn't going to pay for full roof replacement, I was ghosted by them. Was told they were busy with other jobs due to the spring storms. Find a different company that values your business.
Best in town
Had a great experience a few years ago.when an issue arose about a year after the food was done (because my foundation settled, not because of their work), he sent people back out to fix it at no charge. Would 110% use again.
Great people, fast to respond and good to work with.
Marsha and her team did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof, fascia and gutters for an extremely fair price. Marsha went above and beyond for us by meeting with our insurance adjuster and advocating for us- she went above and beyond, and really knows her stuff. She was also a terrific communicator, something I appreciate so much as both a customer and a fellow business owner. Our new roof looks great and we can rest easy!!
