What a rip off an un-honest business owner. I took in my STIHL BG96 Blower. I had already put a new spark Plug a new air filter and a STIHL Muffler Stub Spark Arrestor w/Screen Blowers. all it needed was an adjustment on the carburetor. I was told I had to leave a deposit of $ 40.00. Two weeks later, the bill came to $ 104.93. They had added and additional $68.93. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed that they had charged me with the new parts that that I had already installed. I tried to explained but could not communica... read more

The lady was rude and didn't know anything about lawnmowers for being a lawnmower sales lady.
Bad service I paid over 100 to get my machine fix and. Used it one time and stop working took in for warranty. The guy didn't want to di anything to fix it unless I paid again. Don't waste your time coming here
They did an okay job on my lawnmower, but the customer service was terrible. The "Pop" on this Mom and Pop shop was very rude. He didn't let me explain what my machine was doing and not doing, all he kept saying was "$30 deposit ", and kept cutting me off when I explained the problem. I felt like he was in a rush to close the shop and I was stopping him. I will never return to this shop and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.
