I hired KS in Oct 2021 to redo my pool, concrete and build an awning job cost $60K. I paid a deposit and was told I would be done May 2022 they only had 2 rebuilds at the time. Eric Snee is the sales guy and he spews nothing but lies and maybes. Now we are mid May and they have not returned a call or email in 10 days. I am very polite and leave nice messages just asking for the truth, hey are you going to do anything? Crickets no response do NOT trust this company!!! I have to get a lawyer now to get my deposit back :(
