What a scam, I don't trust this company at all. These guys decided my entire foundation needed structural work and charged me $350 for the quote. The quote was $70,000, which is absolutely ludicrous - there was a $3,300 charge to move the washer, dryer and water heater 5 feet. $9,000 project management fee. $40,000 structural fix. I hired a structural engineer myself and the structural work will cost $12,000. Hire these guys at your own risk.
Sought advice on water leak problem. Was offered a site visit for $350. When I asked what the assessment included, I received no reply. Went to several other contractors who at least had some advice on way ahead. Clearly too busy to service clients.
Our house has been shifting the last few years and we called Steven to take a look and offer advice regarding our teleposts. He was very prompt, professional, and answered our many questions. We felt we received good information and had an overall good experience.
