I was stuck on Turnpike with 3 little children late night, and I called Mr Ken and he was able to send a tow truck to pick us up. Sheltered us since we were from out of town and made sure everything was done on time….. my car was overheating and was no longer starting. He kept me in the loop with everything and all expenses, and asked for my opinion before moving forward. When I got my vehicle back It was running as if I just purchased it from the Lot brand New. EDIT: i had another fluid leak issue and immediately called kenson who took it in that day. while i know he was busy he let me know was wrong and kept me in the loop! again, charged me 1/3 of what the shops would have and in addition shinned up my rims and detailed the car, including under the hood. still continue to be thankful and shocked and the work kenson and his brother do for me. im a college student from minnesota and while kenson could have easily taken as much money as he wanted to from me with the problems that ar... read more
