I'm glad to find a great property management company that is K&S Company. They have been very pleasant and efficient to deal with and very prompt on answering my emails and arranged for the relevant vendors to resolve my maintenance issues. We had a few issues with them, but overall was pretty good. They did take a few days to fix some items, but they were always responsive.

Very disappointed with people who make decisions, no empathy towards hardworking family who recently have a baby, due to which score might not meet requirement. Meanwhile, we have a solid background with no rent delinquency at all, never missed credit card payments or loans, have solid income. Their company policy: co-signer has to have a property/home to be eligible, which for me was very new/ weird. I had a very disappointing experience with this K&S rental company. I was told the rental property was available and talked to Jennifer 1 hour before and was asked to drive to the office to drop off a check for the background check. After making the trip, right after 1 hour I was informed that the property was actually not available. This wasted my time, gas, and effort.
