I've been living at my apartment for over 5 years. I've loved every second of it. From the customer service to the upkeep of the apartment complex. K&S goes above and beyond to assist me in all my needs as a tenant. All work orders I have submitted have been answered quickly and with the upmost professionalism. I would recommend K&S to anyone I know.
I never write reviews, but I had to this time. Staff did the bare minimum of answering easy questions (to be fair, I had plenty of them). However, when we didn't get the property we wanted we were quoted by Marie that we could get a refund for our application or they could apply it to a different property, which I originally thought kind and fair, as we paid $200 (two applicants and two cosigners). Terrible service. Every time something breaks, they take days to fix it. They will try to overcharge you for everything. Avoid it at all costs.
Impressed with how simple yet professional everything is here. Makes property management feel hassle-free, and the support is always quicktorespond.
I have been a tenet with K&S for many years here in Berkeley. Issues with my apartment have aways been taken care of quickly and with care. A special shout out to Grace at K&S for always being helpful. :-)
