Hate to leave a bad review on someone but she’s is just not reliable, at all. Pushed our appointment back and then on me an hour before our appointment. She also has tried to cancel on me two other times I went to her. Just can’t stick with her due to the lack of professionalism and communication.
man where do I start? I wanted to get my wife's hair braided as it was something she wanted done for a while now. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I waited at the address she provided for an hour, and she never showed up. To make matters worse, the address she sent wasn't even the correct location. It turned out to be an assisted living facility. There wasn't any communication or explanation. Overall, it was a very strange and frustrating experience.
K's braids room was a great experience. She made time for my last minute appointment. She works fast and does a very good job. I receive many compliments on my hair. She also gave tips on how to maintain my cornrows to keep them for as long as I can. Ill definitely go back and refer her to anyone who ask where I go.
K has done my medium knotless braids 3 times now, and it has been exactly the same evry time, the parting grid is the same, the amount of tension she uses, how long they last...Same every single time!! I have a sensitive head, and I have never had an issue with her braids!!!
