I would absolutely not recommend K&S Auto based on our experience. About six weeks before my daughter's college graduation, she took her Jeep to K&S for repairs. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into weeks of frustration. Each time they told her the vehicle was fixed, she would pick it up only to have warning lights come back on or new issues appear within a day or two. This happened multiple times. We have used K&S Auto for almost 20 years. It’s such a relief as a female to have an honest, good mechanic. Once we took a car in for new brakes, and were told that they weren’t needed yet, and the squeak was fixed free of charge. My family highly recommends K&S. We drive from OKC now just to maintain our vehicles with the best mechanic we’ve ever had.

A friendly, transparent and fair auto shop for repairs in Norman. I travel for work, and when I had issues with my car appear suddenly, they fit me in and kept me updated on progress. So glad I chose a reputable and trustworthy company, and they all seemed like such great people. My car’s issue ended up being a bit more significant than they had thought, but they fixed it up and honored their initial quote anyway. Highly recommend.
