Used these guys for a re-roof installation. As stated in the contract they were supposed to do a core sample to check for any wood damage and replace wood accordingly before installing the new roof materials. Day of installation I climbed up there to check the progress. There was no core sample and no wood being replaced. They were almost done installing the new roof material. At 9 years our flat roof started leaking. K Ram made 4 attempts to fix it and finally said I needed a new roof. They installed the roof in 2008. They have totally ignored us. Have not contacted me to give estimates for new roof. Our previous roof was installed by Teritorial and lasted 22 years. K Ram can’t explain why our roof failed after 9 years. Very disappointed in company. No response to letter outlining complaint to BBB.

This company is extremely unprofessional, unethical and careless. We had them do some basic roof maintenance at our house, and immediately after they finished rebuilding a box around a skylight, we discovered we had no power to a section of the house. I notified the salesman/foreman immediately and he came by and eyeballed the problem and said there was nothing he could do because "he's not an electrician." First. Showed up late to give estimate on roof leak. Second. Said he would be back the following day to look again with another employee and would call me with the estimate. No calls. Third. I called couple days later and was told he would drop off the estimate. Did not drop off the estimate. Fourth. The following week I called back and was told they would email or fax my estimate. Still waiting.

K-Ram Roofing and his incredible crew have come through for me yet again. Stellar, professional, excellent work and thoughtful problem solving for a tricky design flaw on our roof. Because of their excellent work they are busy so plan ahead to get the best.
