Highly recommend K & R Services especially Duane. He came out to check our generator after we had another company maintain it for years. The other company was not maintaining the generator correctly. Looking forward to having K&R service our generator from now on.

Fast friendly service
No way to run a business. We called several times and were “put on their list”. The rude secretary told me that if I haven’t heard back from them in a couple of weeks to call back. So I did and the same rude secretary laughed and told me when the technician would be out. Of course no one ever showed. If you need generator work call Hanson’s heating and air out of Mobile. Hanson’s was prompt and professional, unlike this business.
