I just got off the with this company. I called them last year and had the same problems. They wouldnt answer the phone, they wouldn't call me back. He lied and said he went to my house and did an estimate, it was in his truck and he'd call me right back with it. Which he didnt. then it was: He didnt do it so he would send someone out the next day then call me right back, which he didn't. Then he swore he would get it done and call me back. Called to make an appointment for an estimate and they never showed. Never called or anything. My husband missed work for them not to show. Very unprofessional.
