Avoid this company at all costs. I called in on Monday, 8/21 about an AC unit that was not working. The temperatures were over 100 degrees outside, however Rob assured me that he would be there either later that afternoon or first thing the next day. I told him to call me when he got there, and I would give him the lockbox code to get inside. He gave me his personal cell phone number. I called him four times on Tuesday, and texted him twice. Said they would come by and totally ghosted me. In to the July weekend with no AC.

My mother who is 88 lost her ac on a saturdsy when no one is workinvg. K & R answered the phone when I called and was very professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He was very nice and charged a fair price for a weekend job. Would recommend him anytime.
