My boyfriend got a thick gold chain 14k. Then at the end before my boyfriend was going to walk out because he wasn’t impressed- the lady tried to bait him with a piece with fake diamond eyes, and the gold was only 10k! . One of the eyes fell out! We have to fly from Cali to Boston! I’ll write another review to let everyone know if they helped us.
My husband brought me and our son beautiful jewelry from here...the staff are so helpful and nice
My boyfriend bought a ring for me yesterday from there and receipt clearly says all sales are final. I called today to say I was unhappy and really disliked the ring and a woman who answered the phone said I could exchange it, no problem!
