The only good customer service is when you’re purchasing something from them. We purchased a lot of jewelry to gift to relatives and when we went back to the store to request a repair of earring studs (because they were too thick to be inserted in the ear), we simply asked to get them thinned or something exchanged so that we can gift something that can be worn, we were told they can’t do anything and that the kind of earring cannot be modified “it’s for thick earlobes”.
