this was my first and last time going to k-one! (lynbrook) it was by far the worst haircut i have ever had! and the worst experience! first the guy at the desk was extremely rude! i asked for a book or two to show which haircut i wanted but he said rudely, "no books look it up on google." then before i had a chance to look anything up, he said "wash first." right after the wash they sat me in a chair to get the haircut and were rushing me and did not give me a chance to show them what i wanted. the woman (who spoke NO englis... read more

I used to be a regular customer at this salon. However, my last visit was disappointing. Before my appointment, I had washed my hair and asked the stylist if it needed rewashing or if cutting it as is would be fine. The stylist assured me it was okay to proceed without rewashing. Initially, the cut seemed fine, but l noticed the uneven results. Despite not being overly particular about my hair, the noticeable unevenness was concerning. I don’t think he was the owner or the older gentleman, he was the younger one.
