We worked with K&O(specifically Kelvin) for a deck replacement in September 2025. After the initial walk through, we received a timely and rational estimate that fit our budget. From this point forward, it was a back and forth with our HOA to gain approval. On multiple occasions, Kelvin went out of his way to provide us with information on where we can gather the HOA requested documentation along with providing sample drawings of the work to be done for submission to the HOA.
