Paid for my car wash and the bay door only opened half way. I called them for a refund but no answer or response. Zero stars, do not recommend.

Highly recommended but I must have hit a bad day. Paid (with tip) for inside and out to be washed, vacuumed and tire shine with windows washed. Ha! The machine did a good job but the inside was left a mess windows were still hazy cup holders dirty and half way vacuum.

When I pulled up three guys were outside shaking their heads. I thought they were closed by the way they were acting. I said I needed the whole thing done only cost around $20.00. It was worth only $20.00. They did nothing to the interior. It looked like they only wiped it over with a rag and wiped the windows off. I still have dust on my dash and my beige leather seats still need cleaned as does my floor mats. It seemed as if they had a time limit. Maybe took a while 10 minutes from start to finish.
