Completely unreliable! *** Updated to respond to provider*** They have changed our schedule over three times within the past year, but they never show up as planned even though they are the ones who propose these changes and set their preferred day to be here. We initially had Wednesdays as our days; then they asked for Thursdays. Then they asked for Tuesdays. The truth is, we never know when they are coming.
