Going on my 2nd year with Knorr. First year was great. Don’t have any issues with the house you rent cause they don’t fix ANYTHING and if they do, they charge the tenant! Late fees are ridiculous!! I’m 3 month from my 2nd year lease being up and I’m already ready to break it and get out. Would NEVER recommend Knorr!
Smoothe process good management so far
very rude and will charge you for repairs that has been there since moved in and will not repair any previous damages and will accuse you withought evidence. the apartments they rent out have not been worked on very dangerous.
Almost wrapping up a year renting from them. Looking forward to renewing my lease. I’ve never had a problem. I also have friends and family who are current tenants and recommended K-nor. I’m glad I took their advice!
