Bad service bad logistic
Initially, I left a 5-star review based on my relationship with the Service Manager at this location. However, my experience with the actual service has been extremely disappointing. HINO needs a much better dealer in this area—urgently! The service at this branch is sloppy and unprofessional. They need to step up, communicate proactively, and follow up on their work. We have been bringing our fleet to this location for the last 3 years and they never disappoint. Outstanding service at KNeal Service Shop in Gaithersburg! Shon was professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly, and Mr. Brown’s expertise and attention to detail were impressive. The entire fleet is running better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Better go to another shop. I am using this shop for more than 7 years. Recently all good mechanics left. 100% RIP OFF WITH NEW STUFF!!!
