Had my nails done today acrylic nails and pedicure. I found Lisa not friendly at all. She was very abrupt and rude. Spoke very loudly with her associate (in Vietnamese) while doing my pedicure. Wish I understood Vietnamese lol. Ah well sorry to say but there is so much competition out there that I won’t be going back.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The lady I had was quick and the finished product, my nails, look good. However, I felt like she was pretty rough with my hands and with the drill. Also, I felt like things could be a bit more sanitary. Instead of individually wrapping each finger with acetone or pouring some out in a separate bowl for my nails to soak, my hands were put into the same jar of acetone every one else uses. First time going today they was so nice even gave me a discount for my birthday! I had a little difficulty on my end of picking the color I wanted the poor tech tried 3 times but was so nice and reassuring that it was okay they just truly wanted me to be happy it was a great experience 10/10 pictures don’t do them justice!
Went in about a week ago for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Within 5 days the gel manicure was already peeling. Not sure if it was because the nail technician rushed but I’ve never had my gel manicure peel so quickly. Other than that, place was decent. Just a waste of money for my gel manicure
