Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The nail tech was nuce but for sure needed more training went in for a fill and fix two broke nails. The two nails they fixed one popper off a week later.. when I called upset and wanted a refund the manager said no they don't do that and because I was a new customer and not a long time customer she laughed when I asked for my refund.
