Went there an hour late before they closed and Kim did my daughters nails in no rush and got them done 2 hours later,honestly we will be going there from now on. we have never had such a awesome experience,Thank you so much Kim and Viana for being in no hurry and for letting us stay for 2 hours late.BEST EXPERIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER EVER!!!
Normally, I don't write reviews...however b/c of our experience I felt the need too. My daughter & I went to the salon for a mommy and me day, I paid for gel nails, pedicure and one design (my husband also got a pedicure.) The salon was clean, the ppl servicing us were nice but the lady doing my daughter's nails must've been in a rush. She did my 4 year old nails at the pedicure station, had her holding the dryer on her lap and not waiting until it stopped. Didn't even go,the girl was so rude on the phone,said forget it.Very poor customer service
Disappointed because I used to go here years ago and I recently moved back to the area. Walked in late (totally my fault!) after a call ahead and tried to reschedule for a different day in the week as I had to leave for work in an hour & 20 but owner insisted several different times that they could get me through. Didn’t happen. I left the store with just acrylic on and paid for a $40 fill + $10 tip (the girl doing my nails was unaware of the situation) and a top coat gloss I never received.
