Disappointed because I used to go here years ago and I recently moved back to the area. Walked in late (totally my fault!) after a call ahead and tried to reschedule for a different day in the week as I had to leave for work in an hour & 20 but owner insisted several different times that they could get me through. Didn’t happen. I left the store with just acrylic on and paid for a $40 fill + $10 tip (the girl doing my nails was unaware of the situation) and a top coat gloss I never received. My hands have never been very nice. It has been a very long time since I had my nails done. I used to go to K Nails years ago. When I walked in, I did not have an appointment. Kim greeted me graciously and asked if she could help me. I told her what I wanted. It was just a short time and she had me seated. Kim did the work herself and it was exactly what I wanted. This salon had been totally remodeled since I had been in years ago. Everyone was very nice. Great experience. Thank you, Kim!

Called and basically walked in! Lady that answered the phone was super upbeat and happy to take us! Amazing job!! Exactly what I wanted! Ana did my designs! Thankful that the ladies there stayed to do my designs and gave my friend and I great mani/pedis!! I’ll be back :)
