Loanne is truly exceptional. Her cuticle prep is absolutely perfect, and I’ve had zero nail lifting. I trusted her guidance on trying a new nail shape, and I’m so glad I did because my nails have never looked better. I get compliments on them daily. Her attention to detail and flawless work genuinely make me happy every time I look at my nails. If you want beautiful, long-lasting nails done by someone who truly cares, Loanne is the one.
Out of all the nail salons in Sun Prairie I LOVE this shop. It’s not an overwhelming fast paced place but one that you can really unwind and relax in. The owners are super kind people and are very knowledgeable and talk to you with respect. They keep the shop updated and work very hard to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Worst pedicure I ever had. Since I had gel polish on and wanted regular polish they charged me $7 to remove the gel. I do not see this fee on their webpage. When I got home I had to file my nails because she didn’t smooth out the edges. Also will have to soak my feet tonight and smooth out calluses as well since she didn’t do a good job. Very disappointed. This was my first time there. I won’t go back. I should ask for a refund.
