Recently tried going back to K Nail Bar after stopping a year ago, now I remember why I stopped. The staff and environment are unfriendly and uninviting, especially the one that wears so much makeup. Went in for a pedicure and a fill, pedicure (done by said makeup gal) was done poorly and she was very unfriendly. Nail fill took forever and looked like I had them done at the beauty college. I am new to Texas and I have been to this salon 3 times only because it’s the only one near my home. When I have gone in the past I was never truly greeted and never asked if I wanted anything to drink…UNTIL TODAY. Today, Lily was the one that did my pedicure and she was kind, offered me a drink and talked to me and had the sweetest disposition. Absolute Horrible people! Extremely rude!!! Do not waist time or money! Never have I ever been greeted so rudely! I’m in shock with the horrible service I had to walk out bc they were all in some type of discussion prior yelling at each other. Bad environment indeed it was just so unfortunate people like that are in business!!!!!!
