Absolute Horrible people! Extremely rude!!! Do not waist time or money! Never have I ever been greeted so rudely! I’m in shock with the horrible service I had to walk out bc they were all in some type of discussion prior yelling at each other. Bad environment indeed it was just so unfortunate people like that are in business!!!!!!
I’m not one to leave a bad review, but my experience here was horrible. I had gotten my nails done elsewhere a day before and one popped off, so k nails was super close to me, so I just booked there to get one nail done. Upon entering, I did tell them I don’t know what exact color, but that they could do anything similar. They prep my nails and are about to put a new gel x on, when I look at my nails and see that there’s tons of old glue (bumpy, and bulky) still on the nail so I ask if she can remove a little more so that my... read more
