Amazing people. The florist made a beautiful bouquet on such short notice. Would definitely recommend them!!
I had an issue with some Christmas arrangements I had ordered. I phoned, asked questions, the staff was very polite and answered as best they could and said the owner would be in touch. We did speak, the owner and I, I expressed my problems, he gave a solution that was above and beyond. I realize the holidays are busy and hectic, and he just wanted to make things right. I appreciate all that was done. The arrangements are beautiful. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
In short, I will NEVER be using them again! The initial conversation with the florist was fine. They were nice and said they understood my expectations. I had CLEARLY communicated and they had agreed with my expectation that the order would be prioritized for early morning. The order ended up being delivered around 1:30 PM in the afternoon. They had also agreed on the florist sending me a completed photo/video of the bouquet and getting my go ahead, before sending it for delivery. That did not happen. Stopped in to get a quote for our upcoming wedding. Spoke with the girl at the counter, discussed what I was looking for. We were told the florist wasn’t in. Took all my information & that I would receive a call to discuss further & talk about details & booking. No call ! It’s been weeks now. Brutal -thank you for wasting my time 🤷♀️
