Amazing service
I ordered through their website for my mom's birthday as I live in BC and wanted to gift her something from afar. Her birthday came and the flowers weren't delivered, I called the florist (after hours due to time change) but Christian picket up the phone. Explained the situation and there was an issue with the credit card details on my end so it never went through. He accepted the payment and delivered her flowers personally after hours on her birthday to make it right. He also allowed me to gift her a Christmas arrangement ... read more

I had an issue with some Christmas arrangements I had ordered. I phoned, asked questions, the staff was very polite and answered as best they could and said the owner would be in touch. We did speak, the owner and I, I expressed my problems, he gave a solution that was above and beyond. I realize the holidays are busy and hectic, and he just wanted to make things right. I appreciate all that was done. The arrangements are beautiful. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
