I received outstanding service from this flower shop. The staff were able to accommodate making my custom bouquet while even dealing with a family emergency. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. The bouquet turned out beautifully. This will be my go-to flower shop from now on.
I cannot say enough good things about the team at K Michaels. The floral arrangements they create are beautiful and unique. What really sets them apart, though, is their wonderful customer service. They are attentive, helpful, and clearly care about going the extra mile. Five stars!

Amazing service
I ordered through their website for my mom's birthday as I live in BC and wanted to gift her something from afar. Her birthday came and the flowers weren't delivered, I called the florist (after hours due to time change) but Christian picket up the phone. Explained the situation and there was an issue with the credit card details on my end so it never went through.
