Horrible experience. The massage was completely unprofessional, and the staff didn’t understand English. The masseuse acted like she was being forced to do the massage the entire time. When I arrived, I specifically asked to focus on the neck and shoulder area, but she barely touched it during the session. Throughout the massage, she kept leaving to answer the phone, walking around to get a bench, and talking loudly with other staff while I was trying to relax. The massage itself was truly terrible.
