We have been purchasing jewelry from KMartin for over 38 years. I needed three rings sized down after losing some weight. Took all three in, checked for needed sizes made notes each ring and all three were wrong when I came to pick them up. Wedding set was fixed and returned the next day but the other two rings the sizing requested was reversed and rings can't be worn as planned not to mention the cost to size three rings was $1,613.20 I tried to address the issue but was interrupted then ignored so I left.
