I asked for some suggestions and work to be done. He got right back to me and told me he would look into it the next day. I followed up almost a week later to give him another chance. He told me he would contact me the next day and again never. Don't bother with this place. If they can't take thirty seconds to answer a text message don't expect them to do work on your bike
Nice and knowledgeable
